 | Injury Takes Toll, Joe Palk Out
Monday, April 25th, 2016: Joe Palk of the Idaho Spuds was injured in today's game against Juno and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a strained lat and he is expected to be out for up to 5 weeks. It happened while Palk was running the bases. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field."
So far this season Palk has gotten 27 hits in 91 at-bats for a .297 batting average with 4 home runs. His stats include 15 RBIs and 18 runs scored. He has played in 23 games.
